Öhm.. Pants!?

 

Sorry, die Bildqualität lässt heute mal zu wünschen übrig. Aber ich war schon spät dran, musste meinen Zug nach Münster kriegen und wollte die seltene Tatsache, dass ich eine Jeans trage unbedingt fotografisch festhalten. Nachdem ich also mein halbes Wohnzimmer umgestellt habe, blieb keine Zeit mehr für großartige Lichttests. Egal, ich trage Jeans! Warum? Weil meine Mama immer an mir rummeckert, dass ich nie einfach mal 'ne ganz normale Jeans trage. So Mama, bitteschön: Jeans! Aber ein paar ausgefallenere Accessoires durften da nicht fehlen. Ohne sahs nämlich einfach nur langweilig aus. Also schnell noch Hosenträger und weißen Kragen dran und fertig. 

Sorry for this bad picture quality. I just was so late and wanted to document me wearing jeans. Such a rarity! It was my mother, who told me to take out some jeans after all. She wanted me to wear jeans, just like any other normal girl. So we met halfway: Me in jeans, but with some extraordinary accessories, the suspenders and a loose collar.

  I ain't happy, I'm feeling glad. I got sunshine, in a bag. I'm useless, but not for long. My future is coming on.

Heart Shaped Nails

 

Heute gibt's ein Beauty-Quickie! Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich bei The Styling Dutchman dieses Nageldesign entdeckt und war sofort drauf und dran es selbst auszuprobieren. Da knallrot sich aber mit meinen Haaren beißt, ich es aber dennoch bunt haben wollte, habe ich mich also für mintgrün entschieden. Während es mich aber an Bonbon-Konfetti-Herzen erinnerte, fragte meine Freundin ob das da Schwalben auf meinen Nägeln wären. Interessant... Mit ganz viel Phantasie vielleicht. Übrigens war der Lack auf diesen Bildern bereits 5 Tage alt und sah trotzdem noch einigermaßen gut aus, wie ich finde. Just a quick post today! I tried this heart nail design a few days ago. My nailpolish was already 5 days "old" when I took this pictures and there are only a few scratches. to bum around: gammeln [gammelte, gegammelt]

Ja, dieses Wort musste ich auch erst einmal nachschlagen... Wieder was dazu gelernt. Wenn es an's Gammeln geht, bin ich wohl eine Klasse für sich oder mich besser gesagt. Ich habe nicht das eine Paar Gammelklamotten, nein, mein halber Schrankinhalt besteht aus Gammelklamottenoptionen. Und bevor ich mich also auf's Sofa schmeißen kann, gilt es erst die perfekte Kombination für den Tag und die entsprechende Gemütslage zu finden. Dabei kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass ich bereits eine viertel Stunde vor dem Schrank stehe, frierend - denn in Unterwäsche - und einfach nichts zum Anziehen finde. Ihr kennt das, wenn einfach nichts zu passen scheint. Es entweder nicht gut genug aussieht - ohja es gilt die hohe Kunst des stilvollen Gammelns zu beherrschen - oder sich nicht kuschelig genug anfühlt. Manchmal aber, finde ich einfach nicht die passenden Socken. Und dabei sind 90% Prozent meiner Socken schwarz. Aber es gibt ja schließlich welche mit engem Bund, weitem Bund, ausgewaschen schwarz, schwarz mit Stoppern, schwarz und hochsitzend, schwarz und tiefsitzend... 

So, while figuring out a post about "homestyle clothes" I had to think of a german expression which hit the point, but didn't knew how to translate it. Leo.com says: to bum around - hence the post title. When I'm preparing myself for an evening on the couch I just can't take the next jogging pants out of my closet and be fine. No, I have to stay like four hours in front of it, halfnaked and freezing, thinking about what the hell to put on. Maybe even 50% of my clothes are actually clothes I only wear at home and I love them! The only problem is the well-known one: if you have too many clothes, there are just too many options and you can't decide. If I'm chilling at home I still want to look good, but feel veeeery comfortable at the same time - and warm of course! These three parameters are trimming my free time really hard. But just when I find my perfect match for the day, I forget everything and am happy as a clam. Life has finally a sense. Or not. You know I'm being sarcastic, right?
